I collect watches. The gist of my collection is slide rule bezel watches. I’ve paid anywhere from $40 for Casios to $7,000 for Breitlings. I have about 100 slide rule watches. Plus, I have some novelty watches. A few years ago during Covid, I was considering a Zeric watch similar to the Mandetbrote Wandering Hour watch. I decided against the Zeric, but recently I took a look at the Mandetbrote Wandering Hour. It is less expensive than the Zeric, and as I've been happy with my Mandetbrot Secret Orbital, I bought a Mandetbrote Wandering hour watch. I love it, and I love my Secret Orbital. Two of my favorite watches. Both attract attention, and I may have inspired some people to buy their own.
I have a minor criticism of the Wandering Hour. If it had a little tick mark above each number on the hour wheels, I could more precisely see what minute it's pointing at.
